Mobile application “Weekly” (iOS)

1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is TIGAMI Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Garbary 2, 85-229 Bydgoszcz, Poland (“TIGAMI”, “we”, “our”).

2. Scope of the Data We Process

Important: The app may access location data in the background if you grant the relevant iOS permissions. Depending on your iOS version and device settings, iOS may display a location usage indicator while such access is active.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases

4. Recipients of the Data
- Your employer – full access to data collected via the system.
- Authorised TIGAMI staff & subcontractors – solely to maintain IT infrastructure and provide support.
- No transfers outside the EEA – servers are located in the EU on TIGAMI infrastructure.
Data are never shared with third parties for marketing or analytics.
5. Data Retention
Data are stored indefinitely unless your employer instructs deletion or anonymisation in accordance with labour law or internal retention rules. TIGAMI follows such instructions.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- restrict or object to processing,
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”),
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
Typically, requests are handled first by your HR department; if unanswered, contact TIGAMI (biuro@tigami.pl).
7. Data Security
- Data in transit are protected by HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Authentication tokens and server-side RBAC protect access.
- Data are stored on secured servers (not encrypted at rest).
- Regular security testing and updates are performed.
8. App Permissions & Functionality (iOS)

The app does not use external analytics or advertising SDKs. The app may use iOS system mechanisms strictly necessary to provide time tracking and location-related functionality.
9. Children
The service is intended only for adults (18+).
10. Automated Decision-Making
The application does not engage in profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by publishing a new version in the App Store, within the app, or on a website related to the service. The effective date is shown at the top of the document.
